How Can We Make a Booking?

To enquire about availability and song selections, please fill out the contact form at your earliest convenience. Once confirmed that you are happy to proceed with your booking, payment details will be sent. Your wedding date is secured upon receipt of a booking fee.

When Should I Submit My Song Choices? Can I See Your Repertoire?

At the very latest, song selections should be given at least 8 weeks in advance of the wedding, just in case there’s something new to learn! Undecided and need some assistance? Olivia is happy to have a Zoom Consultation to get to know you as a couple and talk music! Please email music-by-olivia@outlook.com to request a sample of her repertoire.

Are There Any Booking Fees?

A non-refundable booking fee is required. Kindly chat to Olivia about how much is due and when. A 30-day refund period is offered from the date of your booking confirmation should you cancel your date. Should you wish to transfer your wedding to an alternative date, Olivia is happy to transfer with you, without fee, subject to availability. 

Do You Play Music Before the Ceremony Begins?

Yes, Olivia is happy to perform light background music as guests take their seat in the ceremony room / church to help enhance the beginning of your big day!

Can You Accommodate All Requests?

While Olivia endeavours to learn all requests for her wedding couples to the best of her abilities, she cannot guarantee that all pieces be accommodated. Please note that aside from Canon in D, Olivia does not perform classical pieces.

When Is Our Final Payment Due?

The balance is due on the day or by bank transfer/Revolut 1 week in advance of the wedding.
